"The experience, for which Mr. Martin prepaid about £65, or $80, was “absolutely worth it,” and left him feeling more connected to “the real, everyday people that live there and make the place what it is,” he said. “You get things at a supperclub that you do not get at a restaurant.”
'I was winding down a six-month stay in London when I came across this article. I was able to attend one of Jay Zhang's dinners in January, and it was an amazing experience. The food and menu were incredible, and Jay and his partner Chris were fantastic hosts. In addition, I got to spend the evening with the most interesting, engaging, and kind people I'd met in a long time (all strangers - I went alone). It was a truly unique dining and social experience.'
